For our next partners

Take on the opportunity.
Bring us in for the build.

Add AI implementation capacity to your offering without building a new delivery practice. Shape the advisory, application, and adoption work your team wants to lead; bring us in for an agreed build scope.

What’s in it for your firm

More you can offer. A defined part for us.

Pursue a broader engagement

Give clients a route from advice to implementation when the build would otherwise sit outside your scope. Include the services your firm is best placed to deliver.

Add capacity around demand

Bring in a delivery team for a specific opportunity, without hiring a permanent AI team before you know the demand is there.

Help your advice reach daily use

Pair your client and process knowledge with implementation. Agree an outcome the client can use and a way to measure whether it helps.

Grounded in real work

The same practical approach. Alongside your team.

Identify a useful starting point. Assess the existing systems, data, and running costs before committing to a build.

Work directly with our founders to build and deploy in the client’s environment. The client owns their data.

Test with real examples, keep people in control of important actions, and agree handover and support before launch.

See how we help

A clear role for each team.

The first conversation is about your business as well as the client’s problem: what you want to offer, where you want help, and what would make the engagement worth doing together.

Why bring us in instead of doing the work yourself?

Bring us in when there is a delivery gap: specialist work outside your offering, capacity you do not have, or a build you do not want to staff internally. Define the work your team wants to deliver and the part we would take on. If your team can deliver the whole engagement well, there may be no reason to add us.

What happens to the client relationship?

Before a client introduction or joint proposal, agree who leads the relationship, how we are introduced, who communicates with the client, and how future requests are handled. The division of work and the relationship boundaries should be explicit from the start.

How does the arrangement make commercial sense?

Start with the scope your firm wants to deliver and the implementation scope you want from us. Agree contracting, pricing, payment responsibilities, and support before making a client proposal. The opportunity is to make a broader engagement deliverable; the economics need to work for both teams on that specific project.

What could you offer with a delivery partner?

Talk with our founders about the work you want to win, the role you want to keep, and where you need implementation capacity. We can start with your practice and a typical opportunity before introducing a client.
