Find the work
worth changing.
In 1–2 weeks, find the strongest AI opportunities inside one operation or team. Know what they could be worth and what it would take to put them into production.
Understand the work.
Make the investment decision.
Map the work.
Start inside one agreed operation or team. Follow the work through its people, systems, handoffs, and exceptions to see where time and effort go.
Quantify the opportunity.
Establish a baseline, review representative examples, and assess what is feasible. Compare potential value with integration effort, operating cost, and risk.
Decide what comes next.
Rank the top 3–5 opportunities and choose a sensible starting point. Leave with the assumptions, human controls, and implementation plan needed to make a decision.
A ranked set of opportunities.
A practical plan to act on.
Eight concrete deliverables to help your business and technology teams agree on what is worth doing next.

Ranked opportunities
Your top 3–5 opportunities, ranked by economic impact and effort.
- 02
Current-state process map
The people, systems, handoffs, and exceptions involved today.
- 03
AI feasibility assessment
Where AI fits, where simpler automation works, and what stays human.
- 04
Integration requirements
The systems, data access, and technical dependencies a build needs.
- 05
Risk and human controls
The approvals, review steps, and escalation paths to design around.
- 06
Baseline KPI
A starting measure of cost, cycle time, throughput, or quality.
- 07
ROI estimate
Expected value and costs, with assumptions and uncertainty made explicit.
- 08
Production implementation plan
A scoped path to deployment, with milestones and ongoing ownership.
Customer onboarding
Illustrative example, not a client result.
Every application.
The same manual checks.
Your team opens documents, copies details into a system, checks for missing information, and emails the customer to chase it.
Where the sprint would look
Compare document intake, missing-information checks, and follow-up drafting. Establish where the time goes, which systems need to connect, and where a person must review the work. Rank the opportunities before choosing what to build.
Useful measures: time per application, rework, accuracy, and the human review still required. Any value estimate would make its assumptions explicit.
Bring us the work.
We’ll help frame the opportunity.
In a 30-minute intro call with a founder, discuss where work gets stuck. Leave knowing whether we can help and whether a focused assessment makes sense.
Book a 30-minute intro callDo we need to know the use case already?
No. Bring an operation or team where work feels slower or more manual than it should. We help identify the opportunities and agree a focused scope before the sprint starts.
What should we prepare?
A walkthrough of the current process, representative examples you are permitted to share, a list of relevant systems, and any existing measures of time, cost, or quality. We agree data access and handling with your team before reviewing anything sensitive.
Who needs to be involved?
A process owner, people who do the work, and a technology or security contact who can explain system constraints. We agree their participation upfront and keep the sprint focused on one operation or team.
What does the sprint cost?
We agree a defined scope, fee, and 1–2 week schedule before starting. The sprint produces the assessment and implementation plan. Building and running a solution are separate engagements, scoped and priced afterward.
What if AI is not the right answer?
We will say so. A simpler automation, a process change, or leaving the work with people may be the better choice. The recommendation follows the evidence, including where the expected value does not justify a build.
Can you build and operate the solution afterward?
Yes. We can take the selected opportunity through a Production Sprint or an Embedded Deployment, then support it through Managed AI Operations. We agree integrations, infrastructure, human review, and ownership with your team before implementation.
A 30-minute intro call
You don’t need an AI roadmap. Show us the work.
